Thornhill Lawn Care

Awful. I understand the delay due to wether issues. What I'm unhappy with is the professionalism and disregard for my property. They remover my termite treatments. I have large bare spots in the back due to installing the pallet of sod I purchased all in the front. I complained about it once and was told I should not have complained. The guys installing told I was being to picky. However after the sod was delivered I got the bill..which I paid. I said I was unhappy and the guy called saying he had about 50 yards a day to look at and had not looked at mine. He agreed if I paid for the sod his guys would put it down.i paid but due to rain still no sod...never recommend or use this company again..termite company had to reset several units.ive attached 1 before and the rest after photos

We gradually had them come in over the past year. The fellow who was out the last time was very good. He was extremely competent and did good work. My interaction with them was very extensive. He was the first person who came out to deal with the irrigation system over a year ago. The sod laying experience was drawn out. We had to wait much longer for them to do the work than we expected. We're still dealing with some of the problems that were left. They tried to remedy it but they just left some problems for us to deal with. The quality of the work was excellent.

They returned calls promptly.  Honored coupons offered through Angie's list.  Showed up and work was done exactly as we had discussed!

My provider is suppose to cut grass a few times a week but is never able to do it and my grass looks like it should be hated not cut.
They never cut short enough! My husband keeps them because he knows him personally and won't get rid of them but this is crazy my grass is 17.5" high right now and no lawn people in sight!

Thornhill did a fine job! We would have kept them if not for a change in our income. We did have one invoice that was incorrect: we had paid for a cut already but it still showed up on our invoice. One email and it was all straightened out.

Very professional. Actually emailed me to advise me crew was on its way and their names and showed up on time. Work was done extremely well and end result was excellent. Barely two hours after completion of work neighbors walking by commented on how nice our yard looked. Cleaned up all debris and cleared sidewalk and back patio. We are very satisfied with the quality of work and would highly recommend them for similar work.
