Within a day of the on-site inspection, you will have a report that documents the findings, including written and photographic descriptions. Home buyers and home sellers inspection consisting of a 400 point inspection of all structural components, exterior features, roof systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, heating/cooling systems, interior features, insulation and ventilation, & fireplaces.

He sends pictures with his report which is extremely helpful for someone who doesn't understand all the terms builders use. His service is very reasonably priced, and I called a ton of other companies. I chose to use Steve based on his price and on the fact that he was the only inspector that I called that spoke openly with me on the phone and was willing to answer my questions prior to us choosing to use him for the inspection.
