+ -1 moreFirst job went very well. I was impressed that after he completed the work and was headed home, he returned to the site to walk the property with me. Because of this I hired him on the spot to complete the 2nd more elaborate survey. Unfortunately, he did not get the job 100% complete, but I stupidly paid him in full before he provided me a copy of the survey and put the final marker on the property. He promised to return and finish the work, but has been blowing me off for two weeks. Lesson learned: never make the final payment till the job is 100% done. Learned my lesson and hope other won't make the same mistake.
Description of Work: Hired to complete survey on an older existing home. Rehired to complete more extensive survey showing all improvements, trees and contours, for full architectural site plan.
