It was fixed for a month and the problem has arisen again. Would not recommend them

The staff worked with me on my scheduling and each time and the repair man arrived promptly. However, after completing the part replacement, he did not run a cycle to see if my washer leaked, he did not put the back panel on the washer, nor did he move my washer back into position so I could close the laundry room door. I called the company hoping they would offer to send someone else out to run the first cycle after the new part, attach the back panel, and move the washer back into position, but they offered nothing. So, I guess it's up to my husband and me to do this. I'm very dissatisfied!

"I'm sorry to hear you weren't pleased with the service. I spoke with the technician and he indicated that he left the washer in the same place that it was when he arrived with the back already off. We do have a policy that if the appliance is disassembled, it is up to the customer to reassemble. It is posted on our Facebook page. This is unfortunate to have to do it that way but we have had situations in the past that require this. If he did not check for leaks after the repair, he DEFINITELY should have. If you haven't run it already, we definitely would send someone back out to test it. My apologies, I have been out of the office."

The first visit he fixed the drain and installed something to keep the dirty e=water from back filling. The dishwasher worked once then failed after I tried to unstop the drain he was supposed to have cleaned out.
That said, since they are not open on weekends, the tech could not come back untill a week later. That is unacceptable these days .

Quick response to dryer servicing that was very important to me. Kindly and helpful service person. Bottoms Appliance was able to come out and fix my dryer the next day. It is difficult to find appliance repair and to make matters worse, my dryer was a Samsung. No problem! My dryer is working and life is running a little easier now.
