They have yet to complete the job. We have several areas in the kitchen that are not finished. In the kitchen their are several spots on the wall that were primed but not painted. Plus the kitchen ceiling needs additional work. They also have attempted to charge us more than the quoted price. Stating that their are now additional areas of the home that were not taken into account initially. They said that a extension on the home (shop room) was not part of the bid, even though they took a bid for the whole house. The shop so far has not been touched as of today. If they are not doing the work for the shop then their should be compensation of some sort. They are stating that they are going to put a lein on the house because they were not paid in full (we owe them less than 5% of the total cost). We didn't pay in full because the work has not been completed, if we pay in full they will not come back to finish the work.
