STERLING HOMES LLC

We have made several appointment with the individual contractors ourselves but most of them don't keep the appointments. Sterling Homes has made appointment with their contractors to do the work and I stay home only to have no one show up. Frank has been to the house several times to see what needs to be done, only to do nothing. Some of the repairs are as follows. Both wood and carpet need repairs-upstairs back bedroom needs carpet stretched, wood floors have several gaps on thresholds of half and inc, bottom of front stairway a board was cut short,front hall was patched with a different color of wood putty. We contacted this contractor several times starting in 2-07 to no avail. Paint-needs to be touched up in several places-repairs were made to drywall so we have white patches throughout the house. A french door was installed in the den & is still unpainted. Several slabs in the driveway need to be replaced was agreed to do it at walkthrough, and many more repairs needed.
