initally things seemed to go ok. Builder seemed responsive and workers friendly. Work progressed, slowly i thought, but steadily. I noticed what appreared to be sloppy work in some seams and corners and was assured that when it was finished and caulked it would look great. ended up better but not great. In additon, no attention was given to placement of seams or any attempt to make them symetrical. site clean up left a LOT of nails.About 6 months after the work was finished the soffet over the front porch began to sag, and actually begin to fall off. I found it was installed with nails into drywall. After a month of calls in which i received on answer saying they would check it out, it took the whole thing down and reinstalled it myself. Had to buy a couple of pieces to fix spots where it didn't quite fit anymore. Then about 2 months later the top piece of siding in the front fell off. I again got no response to calls or texts, including a picture of the problelm, I fixed it my self. Now the siding on the upper story is starting to fall. It has been less than a year.
Description of Work: Installed vinyl siding and soffet.
