Chris, the owner, is a very nice person to work with. He told me what it would take to repair the chair and the cost. The only problem that I had was trying to communicate with his office employees. They were not good at returning phone calls. Although, after I finally reached Chris, he got everything taken care of in a timely manner. The workmanship is excellent. I would definitely use Chris for any future needs and highly recommend his work to others.
