Scott Hall came in promptly to evaluate the work. At first he said it would be a couple of days before they could get to it, which was OK with us. However, soon after, he realized he had a crew available nearby so they were at our house within a couple of hours. They thought the work would stretch to the next day but they were able to do it all and do it well the same day. My compliments to the two guys that came to do the work. We had one fan that was not installed properly and we thought we'd have to replace it. Instead they discovered the problem and were able to fix it savings us some money. Another fan also had a faulty wall switch which they diagnosed and replaced.
