This company is amazing. They take pride in their work and are very clean. With other pest companies we would always see spiders. Since we have been using foundation pest control over 3 years now, we have never seen one or had a problem.

I called Jody at Foundation Pest in desperation. Apparently there are different approaches to pest (rat) control. The previous two I tried didn't work and the situation was getting worse. I called Foundation at the end of a work day and Jody was at my house first thing the following morning. On the phone he listened to me and then spoke knowledgeably about the procedure he uses. He answered all of my questions patiently. The next morning he arrived promptly. We walked the perimeter of the house and he pointed out things that will help me prevent future problems. He repaired the entry point which was in the carport roof area. He took pictures of the repair so that I wouldn't need to climb the ladder. Then he repaired a section of siding that he was concerned about. After that he placed a special kind of wire mesh into a hole in some brick work. Finally, he added wire screen to help reinforce the crawl space cover. While he did all of this, Andre, the technician arrived and scattered the bait. Jody assured me that he keeps up with the latest research and this particular bait is extremely effective.
On the phone Jody estimated $110 for the work. He said it could be more depending on what he needed to do. He did do more than the original estimate but he still only charged me $110.
I wish I'd called this company first. Jody got the job done.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable on the removal process. Explained the procedures, and advised on how to avoid future problems. I would recommend this company for anyone with pest problems.

Great company does good work and priced reasonably.
