Craig's Garage Doors

It went very well. Technicians were very knowledgeable and very polite.

He asked when was good for me and catered to my schedule. Used 3 times on 2 properties.

Called Craig and set appointment for the next day. He called when he was on his way and showed up on time. He fixed the springs in about 30 minutes and also lubed the hinges and rollers. Great service, on time, and for a great price. Definitely will call him again.

I called Craig in the morning and left a message. He returned the call within an hour. The springs were replaced and door operational within 3 hours. Very professional.

Called Craig on Monday afternoon.  Told him I thought rail would have to be replaced since the rail was pulled loose from garage door trim and twisted. (Door was closing at an angle).  Craig arrived on time Tuesday and was able to save the existing rail and rerun the cable that was broken.  He changed the bottom roller to a longer one, and serviced not only that door but the double garage door, too.  Will definitely call Craig with any other garage door problems.

I called Craig at 7:30 am and received a call back before 8 am. Door was repaired before lunch same day. I had a single spring door but Craig offered to add a second spring for only a small amount more. Single spring would have been $155 but I paid only $195 total for two springs which allows the door to continue to work if only one spring breaks. Craig did a great job at a very reasonable price compared to other companies.

Craig had installed the garage door a couple years ago and it has been working great.  It stopped working so we called him.  He came out on time, as promised and got everything fixed.  He is punctual, professional, and his prices are reasonable.

My old garage door was due for a tuneup when it went off the tracks. It looked very bad to me. Mr. Pinner was quick to respond to my request for a service call, especially when he found out the garage door was sitting open and it was raining. He called before arriving (which is always important to me). He was professional, efficient and I felt his charges to be very fair. I have used Craig's Garage Doors previously and will continue to use him.

 ASAP garage door service was supposed do fix my door the previous day.  They did not call or show up.  I called Craig today at 9:00 and left him a message.  He called me back at 9:15 and told me he could come out this afternoon.  Texted he around 1:15 letting me know he would be here around 2:00.  Knocked on my door at 2:00 and had my door fixed in 30 minutes!!

Craig returned call the day I placed it. He arrived that afternoon and within an hour everything was fixed.

They were very prompt arrived a day earlier than expected after coordinating of course. Showed up and were willing to troubleshoot the old opener and I decided I just wanted a new one as the old one was old and inefficient and loud. 45 minutes later they had it installed and all debris cleaned up and removed, they had everything they needed on their truck. The price was as quoted no hidden charges and they were professional in explaining all the features. I would highly recommend them over the three others I contacted and could not even get a call back from.  This is a very customer oriented business. I was highly impressed as you can't find this kind of customer service anymore.

Called them at 10am. He called me back at 12:30, and by 2:30 I had two new springs. He was quick, professional, very friendly and did great work. I will use again.

It went GREAT!  Craig was personal and professional, and he completed the work quickly.  He also lubed the tracks to make the doors work more smoothly, and then he opened and shut them several times in order to make any adjustments necessary to ensure that both doors were functioning properly.  I will DEFINITELY use him again!

They were absolutely wonderful. He fixed it for a third of another quote. He did a lot of extras. He did a wonderful job and made sure that everything was done right. The quality of work was excellent and he was very fair with his prices. I would highly recommend him.

At 10am I damaged my garage door and by 1:20p it was fixed thanks to Craig. I've used them in the past and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.
