This is by far the best appliance repair experience I have ever had.  From the initial phone call to the completion of the repair it was top notch.  The price was more than fair for the work performed.  Chris is accomplished, efficient and personable. This is the company I will be using from now on.  I can not recommend them highly enough.

I later called Samsung and they sent "authorized dealer." The "dealer" serviceman said the circuit board was the problem. But that the past repairman had caused a leak in the compressor line and that would have to be repaired also - due to the leak. They also quoted $350 for another job done for $150.
