Measuring, price and working of the plans, well done, very professional and provided detailed explanations of how and why and provided options, Matt knows shutters. Ordering simple, price very competitive. The actual delivery of the shutters was about 4 weeks past the ETA and they were sometimes slow to respond. Later found out staff person left who was the communication person, which delay follow up. The install went well. Installers were clean, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

Once we had turned the fabric over to Budget blinds there was around 1 week turn around to have the blinds made and installed. The installation was quick and the job well done over all. The installer was actaully on site first thing in the morning (~8 am) during the week even though the installation was originally scheduled for 1pm later that day which saved us having to leave work to be home at the original time.
