BRUNSWICK OUTDOORS INC

Everything started out ok for the first month but then amazingly something was "wrong" with my pump. I said ok fix it. This is my first home and my first pool and I know nothing about pools. So I trusted this was true. Cost me $150 to fix a valve. Then about 2 weeks later something else is "wrong" with the pool. A tech comes out and fixes whatever was wrong and I get charged again. Another 2 weeks go by and now something is wrong with my pump. I said no I'll fix it as my father has much pool experience so I'll get him to help me install a new pump. Put in a brand new Hayward pump and everything is running fine. The first visit from this company after the installation she tells me something is still wrong (though I know there's not). We argue a bit on the phone about how I want my pool taken care of which was different from the way the provider wanted to take care of my pool. Fast forward a week to her next service date and I get a random text saying that basically my pool is taking up too much of her time and it's not worth the trouble to keep taking care of my pool so she was done with me. She didn't want to have to vacuum my pool every visit.
