John from Bartlett Plumbing called me each time before he came out. The first visit was for a quote, and he also performed the work. He was very flexible and helpful.

They were really nice to work with. His price was real good. He was in and out, he did it real fast. He was really a nice fella.

I like how they would send the same people to our home every time. They did fabulous work and were very accommodating. For instance, I found an old antique sink and they had no issues with fitting it into the plumbing plans. We have never had any problems with the newly added pluming. My builder was the one responsible for their payments.

The cost of the work was paid to the contractor and the monies were dispersed from there. The total job was about $60,000. This company worked well with everyone and was able to complete the job in a great amount of time. I really did not have any problems and I was satisfied.

They were very professional and took good care of our property. They thoroughly cleaned up the areas where they were digging and filled in all of the holes. They were careful not to make a bigger mess or track dirt in any unnecessary places. We have never smelled any gas fumes. The work is up to all code standards.

I have used these guys for so long I consider them friends and I would rate them as being the at top in the business. He does excellent work and is always very efficient. He is professional, polite, and straightforward.

Overall, I am pleased. I am not sure what to say besides everything is in good working order. I have no backups or anything. Nothing has yet to get clogged. I have not had to call them back for anything since they were out. I remember that they were here for a while because something had gone wrong with one of the pipes, but, they did fix it and were out as soon as they did. I would have to say they did a good job and I probably would recommend them to friends.

My pool builder handled the dealings with them as I did not see them install it. I know they must have been here and gone in no time at all. Since the pool was put in everything is working correctly, there are no problems with any part of the pool. He also hired and paid them.

We are happy with the final product. Everyone through the entire process was very friendly. We have had no problems at all with the pool. If we did have any problems all we would have to do is make a call and they would have someone right out for us. I don't really recall the price for that as it was all in one price for everything.

The company did a great job. I am not very familiar with the whole process that had to be done so I can not explain it very well but, I know that everything is working properly. The price seemed fair as well for all the work that had to be done. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had a lot of workers on the job, so I never met these plumbers. I just know they did a good job because we have had no problems with our pool. Our pool builder never expressed any concerns with them since he hired and paid them. I am not quite sure what a deep seal trap is, but I know it has something to do with connecting the water line to the pool. We have plenty of water and no leaks running out to the pool so that is good.

This is a great group. They did a lot of work at our home, and we have been quite pleased. They were subbed out by our builder. I am definitely satisfied though, and we have had no plumbing problems.

The workers were very punctual and completed the job in a timely manner. They were very easy to work with and accommodating when changes were made. Overall, we thought they did a great job and we were satisfied with the work that was done.

I am not to familiar with air conditioners, but, my original contractor had to hire Bartlett to do this because it was something that they could not do. Everything is fine so I am imagining that they did a nice job. As far as I recall, I have not had a single problem with the company or the companies work. The charge for this was included with the charge of the entire system which ran about $1800 or so.

We called them, and they came out right away. They found the problem right away, and they had the parts in their truck to get it fixed. They were kind and courteous and their prices were good.

I was very pleased with the service that this company did for us. They were on time and very friendly. This company made sure to be punctual with the work that they were doing so that there would be no mistakes. I would recommend this company to anyone because they do awesome work!

We got a 10% senior citizen discount from Bartlett Plumbing. The guy who came was really sweet and respectful. He had to use a very loud machine, but I knew he was doing his job. I haven't had any problems since he unplugged my toilet. It even flushes a lot faster now.

They were always very friendly and did a good job.
