Let me save you some time. Don't bother with anyone else. They were half the price of another quote. Their phone quote was within 5.00 of the actual price. What can I say? They are great.

It went great.  It was quality work and on time.  They had competitive pricing. 

It went great--except for Mother Nature's giving us three weeks of rainy weather where no one could work on the house. We love the new gutters!  They match the house paint we chose to a "T".  It poured last night (again!) so they got an initiation to spring in the South.   The guys installing them were very polite, did n excellent job, cleaned up really well, and both spoke English (which is important to me as I speak English, some French and some Russian, but only 8 words of Spanish).  We put in all the contracts for work on our house that there had to be a English speaker on the job at all times, so I would not be in a language lurch. They were here when they said they would be here, worked fast (we never saw them take a break).  They were recommended by our painting company, Certa-Pro of Bartlett.  They checked out, and we are delighted with the work.

Recived two estimates. They were Bartlett Guttering - $1250 and Mid-south Guttering - $1200. The Bartlett Guttering was a little more professional - written estimate, including a drawing and statement of exactly what was to be done. Mid-south was the number $1200 written on the back of a business card. I called Bartlett about the coupon listed on Angie's List and Pam lowered the price on the spot. I awarded the work. A week later They made the appointment to do the work. On schedule at 9:30 Am, Tom and Dave arrived to do the work. It took these two craftsmen about 4 hours to remove the old gutters - into their truck, never to show there rusted selves again - and install to replacement seemless gutters on the entire house. One small problem with the downspouts - needed and additional one installed on a long rune t get proper drainage. Tom made a quick call and we added $62.50 for the downspout and it was installed right away. Raining today and tthe gutters are doing the job they were designed for. This is a first rate job done by pros. THe only sign they had been there was the shiny new gutters. Excellent work.

The estimator arrived on time and drew up a plan for what we needed, including "valley guards" to catch the heavy flows where the roof sections meet at an angle at the roofline. The company offers only one gutter-guard option (no-brand metal screens that are screwed down onto the gutter rims), but that type of guard ranked high on the Consumer Reports list. The workmen arrived on time, went straight to work, put up the metalwork as specified in the contract, and carefully cleaned up the metal trimmings. The gutters and downspouts look nicely done, and it was a pleasant change to have no water in my basement after the recent rains. One surprise -- the 10% Angie's List coupon was for the gutters only and didn't cover the additional cost of the gutter guards.

Nice job, done within a day.

Completely satisfied with the price, responsiveness, and outcome. They came back a few months later when I noticed water coming off a steep part of roof over front entrance. Though there were no gutters involved, they added some type of diverter to prevent water from cascading off roofline. I will certainly call them again.

Bartlett Gutter was responsive to the note I left on their webpage about getting a quote to perform the repair. Within 24 hours, they had someone at my house and they gave a detailed quote and provided a copy so that I could analyze it and determine whether I wanted to do it or not. The price was extremely reasonable and it included everything necessary (downspouts, wood replacement). I accepted the quote over the phone. They told me that they would have someone out within 2 weeks. About 5 days later someone called and was very short on the phone and said they would be out the following morning. That was a bit annoying because I was heading out of town the day after the planned installation, so I was hoping to have it completed when I returned. Nonetheless, they completed the work and it looked great. Overall, everything went really well and the quality of the repair looked great. I would definitely use Bartlett Gutter again.

When a representative arrived to give my husband an estimate, he laid out two alternatives: one was very expensive (several thousand dollars to install one of the gutter helmet-type products), and the other (recommended by the employee who gave the estimate) was the cheaper but equally effective fix. He said that silt would continue to fall into the gutters no matter which option we chose, and he said that the cheaper option was what he'd done at his own home. His honesty was refreshing. He said they would call the day before they were planning to come out. A couple of weeks later, we received the call, and two men arrived earlier in the day than expected. They made quick work of cleaning out the gutters and installing the new steel mesh gutter guards. The new guards are working beautifully to keep out leaf debris. It's not yet autumn, but we have trees shedding leaves due to the stress of the heat, and these leaves are finding their way to the roof. The only "negative" thing I have to say is this: Cleaning out gutters is a messy business--especially when they're as full of muck as ours were. (We just moved to the Memphis area in the fall, and I doubt this house has had clean gutters since it was built in 2002.) There was a little bit of mess to clean up, from the muck on the air conditioning units and patio to the dozen or so pieces of steel mesh scraps that were left around the perimeter of the house and in our flower beds. I'd probably give them a C for cleanup, but that's not a category in and of itself. This comment is the sole reason for the "B" in Quality. That said, we are very happy with the workmanship and would recommend this company to others.

It went just fine. They didn't leave a calling card showing that they had been here and finished. We figured it out. We talked to the guy and they were great to work with. We got a couple of other quotes.

The experience was perfect from beginning to end. When I called I left a voicemail and she called me back. They gave me two days and I chose the earlier day and they came out at the time expected. They finished the work in a brief period of time. The price was fine.

Everything was perfect. They did a great job. They were very courteous as well. They cleaned up completely. They gave me an estimate before they started the work and they stuck with it. I will use this company again.

All the other sides had been guttered earlier. It was a very small job. One of the positive things to say is that sometimes when you have a very small job people don't want to do it. They came out here, did the work, and they were gone in no time. They did not stomp all my plants to death that were along there. I don't remember how much they charged us for the service. My husband lined them up and I don't know if he had got 2 prices or not. We used them because we had just joined Angie's List and we had very good success with another service provider. However, we didn't compare the price too much.

I picked this company b/c of the good reviews others had given. I was not disappointed. From the receptionist to the installer everyone was very professional, polite and pleasant. When the installers arrived my baby had already gone down for his nap and the gutters were right outside his window. The guys were so concerned about him getting woken up and tried to be as quiet as possible. He never woke up and they finished the job FAST! I was very impressed and would definitely recommend.

They did a great job! From the receptionist to the installers, the quality was excellent. There was no high pressure selling and I felt they are very knowledgeable about the product and color selection. They came out for an estimate the day after I called. All they do are gutters and the expertise shows.

The company was prompt in sending a representative out to give us a quote. They helped us pick a gutter color that best matched the trim on our house. The crew came to our home and installed the new gutters and downspouts. They look beautiful and we're very happy with the service.

Project was handled professionally and on-time. Also recommended carpenters to replace and paint rotting fascia boards!

They were great. They only complaint that I have is that they were a little slow on the schedule, but besides that the work was done with good quality. I would recommend them to others.

Bartlett was the company that installed the original gutters and they did a good job so we decided to re-hire them for this. Just like the first time, they arrived first thing in the morning with a large enough crew to finish in one day. The supervisor has been doing this for twenty years so everything went smooth as silk. There were no complications and the gutters have handled large volumes of rain water without over flowing.

Bartlett did a reasonable job at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with them. I think the gutters really serve their purpose. The job turned out well and the workers showed up very professional and very clean. I really have nothing to say about the job except that it turned out perfectly and I have no complaints.

I just can t remember the cost, but I could tell you it was well worth it. The gutters are maintenance free and I especially liked that we haven't had any problems. They also offer free service calls. We have not had to use that service which leads us to believe that their gutter quality was very good.
