Did the job quickly and well.

Went well...needed roof repair first and Bartlett Gutter made the recommendation and handled the contact for me.

They came on time and fixed the problem.  We haven’t had any problems since. They changed the angle and redid the gutters. The entire process took only 3-4 hours. We have referred them to friends.

I needed new gutters on the back of my house.  Bartlett Gutter arrived when they said they would to give the estimate, remove the old gutters and apply the new ones.  I was also having my house painted and rotten wood replaced at the time I ordered the gutters.  Bartlett Gutter was very cooperative in their scheduling.  They came out and removed my old gutters and waited until I had the rotten wood repaired and the house painted before they returned to install the new gutters.  I was actually out of town when they installed the new gutters, and when I returned, I noticed they had failed to place a requested splash guard.  They acknowledged the mistake, and came out the next day and placed the guard on my gutters.  The gutters look great and the color matches my house trim color perfectly.

Was having a problem with a leak. Decided to try re-routing the gutters least expensive route to take. So far so good. We had this problem with this leak off and on for approximately 6 years.

It went very well. They showed up on time and finished the work in the time quoted.

Contacted the company for an estimate.  They came out as scheduled Selected them to perform the work.  Scheduled appointment; they came on time; did 2 hours of quality work and left a happy camper behind.

The 3 man crew arrived on time, gutters and downspouts were installed in about 4 hours, and the house looks great.  Over the next few weeks we had some pretty heavy rains.  The gutters worked perfect. 

Two men did a good job. Some water was apparently standing in the old gutter and allowed to overflow in removal, staining the facia board. It was a small area and I removed it after they departed. I should have noticed it before they left for them to do. Minor problem. Otherwise, good job.

We phoned Bartlett Gutter because they were the highest rated company on Angie's List.  They sent a very nice sales rep to our home within 2 days, and he talked to us about removing the old gutters.  He explained  the need to carefully evaluate the condition of the wood trim that was underneath the old gutters, in case there had been any rot or other damage over time.  When the old gutters were removed, the workmen discovered an area of wood rot and animal damage, which we had removed and repaired by Mr. Randy House.  He came highly recommended by Bartlett Gutter and did a great job for us.  His bill for $980.00 was separate from the invoice from Bartlett.  The Bartlett Gutter installation team did a wonderful job and was finished earlier than expected.

We found Bartlett Gutter Co., Inc. through Angie's List. We called and had someone come out to review our situation and provide an estimate. We knew that our gutters were not performing well and had no idea what we needed. Dave Hall came a few days after our call to assist us. He said that we needed minor things done, listed above, and that adding the leaf guards would really help. A few days later, the company came to the house and did the work. We are very pleased to have worked with this company.

It worked out pretty good.  They were on time.  I would call them back again if I have a problem with gutters.

Overall I was very pleased with their work and plan to use them to install gutters at a later date.

The experience went well and I will use them again in the future. They were responsive and did a good job.

They sent a technician out to do the measurements and preliminary work. They were very outstanding and timely. They responded in a very timely manner setting up the time for that technician to come out. We had some bad weather which delayed the installation but they did the installation in less than 45 minutes. The work looks great and I am very, very pleased with it. The price was also good. I haven’t received the final bill yet but the estimate was $230. I would use them again.

They were able to come out and completed the job without me being there. 

I gave Bartlett Gutters an overall score of 'B' as a benefit of the doubt.  They deserved a 'C+'.  I called three companies for estimates and all three were in the same general area price wise.  I chose Bartlett Gutter Co based on the reviews here in Angie's List, their score on the BBB website and the fact they specialize in only gutters.  The estimate was done by Randy, and he left it on the door and followed up with a call.  We discussed the job and the need for some wood repair before the new gutters could go up.  Randy said "they don't do the repairs" but recommendation a gentleman  with House Brothers Construction that could.  House Brothers Construction showed up in a Bartlett Gutters Van and a different Randy gave me an estimate for the wood replacement including painting: 860.00. I included this in the price above since it was real cost of the job.  I approved the work and the wood repair began.  Not happy with the work done, but that is a different review.  Bartlett Gutter came out a week after the wood was "repaired" unannounced, no-notice and put the gutters up.  I returned home to find the gutters in place and all seemed right.  I did find razor sharp shards of trimmed aluminum all over the yard of various sizes and more when the first rain came and cleaned the gutters out, but was not overly concerned since I don't have kids otherwise this would have been a big deal.  The biggest problem came with the rain and one section of gutter that was not hung right and did not allow the water to drain properly (this is the only section I can see from the second story window directly above.  I only hope the other gutters were hung with a proper slope).  I made a phone call and left a message with a gentleman which was never returned.  A second call was made with the same result.  I took pictures of the two inches of standing water in my gutter and emailed Bartlett Gutters.  I received a call back asking if I needed warranty work done.   About two weeks later the work crew showed up unannounced to repair the gutter in question.  I was not home and my wife was not home, so thankfully I left very detailed descriptions of the required repair.  The only reason I know they stopped by was I had guests staying with us and they informed me about the visit from the "gutter guys".  No follow up call, and no invoice or notice to show they stopped by.  P*** poor communication.  I would recommend using A to Z Construction.
