My gate had collapsed and I needed to get it fixed right away. He did not show up on two occasions. He was supposed to show up here on a Friday to give me an estimate, so I had left work early to meet him here, but he did not show up. He called me back on Monday and told me that there was an accident on the Interstate. He did not seem really interested unless I was putting up the whole fence or something. He could have at least told me that, and I would have appreciated that. He told me he would come after about three days, and the same thing happened; he did not show up. He did not even call back. He did not act like he was interested. The second time that he did not show up, I went with somebody else. I would not recommend him to anybody and would not use him in the future.

It took a while to get the work done, I sent them a check but did not send a signed contract back and that slowed the process down. Once the work started, they were fast and professional. I really like my new fence and will probably have them replace the rest of my fence this autumn.

Rick returned my initial call within one day and came to my home the following day to determine the extent of the project. He supplied me with quotes, detailing the options that were available and their cost. He removed my old fence, cleaned up and removed all of the old material. The new cedar fence and gate are beautifully constructed, the work performed was done in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Bartlett Fence Co., and would not hesitate to hire them for any future fence needs.
