Called Arlington Plumbing on a Wednesday to have my leaking water heater replaced. They were able to schedule me for that Friday and arrived on time with a new 50 gallon gas water heater. This was a two man job and was a little more difficult since my water heater is in the attic. Within about an hour they had to old heater out and the new one up and running.
They were very professional and ensured that they did not make a mess removing the old heater.
Very happy with the job that they did.
I have had a leaky faucet repaired and a garbage disposal unit replaced by Arlington Plumbing in the past and they did a great job on both also.
I highly recommend them!

They are located close to where I live. They were there on time. They acted professional and everything was good. They left the drain loose and it ended up flooding my dining room ceiling. It messed up the ceiling and the fan. It was quite a bit of trouble to get them to come out and do the repair. It was even more work and trouble in trying to get them to come out and repair the ceiling that they flooded. I had to get somebody else to fix the ceiling. We got tired of dealing with them and I wouldn't call them back.

I don't think that I found them on Angie's List. They were recommended to me by an appliance dealer. They were busy and they sent out a person that worked part time with them. He was not good as he made a couple of errors in hooking up the cooktop. I had a downdraft cooktop and he dropped a screw in. It took him hours to do the job when it should not have taken him that long. I called them back and they sent their top person out who was awesome. I don't want to put a bad mark against them as they just had a subcontractor who was a friend of theirs. They sent him out as I needed somebody right away. However, as far as Arlington Plumbing was concerned overall, I would use them again. It was finished up okay. It was $200 to do the sink faucet and the drain for the new sink. It was $400 to hook up the downdraft cooktop. I would recommend them to the others for their integrity as they fixed it immediately when I had a problem. I don't want to ping them because of some person who was just sloppy. I had a problem initially but they certainly fixed it. They were good from what I talked to the other people who thought that it was reasonable. I had my granite installed and my granite installer told me that the price I got for that work was very good. They responded promptly and they were on time.

I have used them before. They were really professional. They knew what they were doing. They came in and got the job done.

I did use Arlington a few years ago and I have not seen them on Angie's List in my area. I had to call them for this job because the previous company basically just would not do it for me. Anyhow, Arlington was very punctual upon completing the work. Everything is working fine now and I have no complaints at all. I am just glad to have figured out the problem.
