Florists
I purchased flowers from FTD along with chocolate and a full-sized greeting card. The florist that served the Cordova area I was sending it to was Arlington Florist. I have made this complaint to FTD too. (and i sent flowers to Florida and they were fantastic)
The flowers were wilted and on the verge of dying. The flowers were just thrown in the vase with no particular creativity and it was just a mess. It really looked like a child put the flowers in a vase. They did not deliver the full-sze card I paid 5 dollars for at all and they forgot the chocolate which was delivered the next day. The driver said he found it in the van. AND they gave a balloon with the order which I did not order. It was a disaster and I will never use them again. I didn't really have a choice on this order as I ordered from FTD. Hopefully, I will get a refund. I would not even have wanted these flowers if they were free. That is just how bad they were.
