I've seen Arlington Computers grow from they're obscure location to being mainstream in a great traffic area in Arlington. I've recommended them to friends and clients alike. If they've ever been hard to reach, it's because they're in great demand. They're great, solid, and you can trust them. I cannot say that for everyone in their industry.
I once had a problem with an SD card reader and Arlington Computers didn't have a replacement in-stock. So they instead provided me with a unit that far outperformed even a properly functioning SD card reader.

We were greeted immediately on entering the store. Each employee is knowledgeable and eager to help. We had 1:1 attention from that person until our decision was made. There was no pressure to buy any particular computer. We gave them information about how our daughter would use the computer, what her study course would be, and what her hobbies are. They made excellent recommendations for the computer and the software that she would need. They loaded the software on the computer while we waited and gave us tremendous discount on the software that we added at the time that we bought the computer.
