Amazing Lawns

Overall, Amazing Lawns did an excellent job on both the weekly yard work and the annual jobs I used them for. However, I have to knock grades off for the way my service was terminated by them. I understand companies have trouble finding staff, or dealing with equipment malfunctions, but there's still a proper way to respond. After having 2 weekly services missed in the span of about 4 weeks, 1 for equipment and 1 for injured personnel, I simply received an email on a Tuesday morning stating they would no longer service me . This was after having just missed a week as noted above, leaving me with a rather overgrown lawn and scrambling to find a new service while I was on the road. As noted, I understand extenuating circumstances, but unless you are completely closing up shop, which does not appear to be the case, some amount of notice should be offered. To just drop a customer with zero warning is extremely poor professionalism. Especially having just missed a service, meaning the customer is not only left hanging, but with an overgrown lawn.
