They were the worst contractors I have ever worked with. They just came in and were totally disrespectful of our property, used inferior materials, ruined the wood flooring in the kitchen, and I had to have many of the things they did redone.
Description of Work: They did a reconstruction after there had been water damage.

I certainly understand the frustration that (removed member name) felt during the repair of her home, and I sympathize with her. We were working off an insurance estimate from her insurance company, and were constrained to using the materials that were outlined by her insurance company. We were also not able to perform additional work outside the scope of what the insurance company was willing to pay for. I agree that a more comprehensive repair job was needed; however, the insurance company was very limiting on the approved scope of work for the job. (removed member name) did not express to me that we were disrespectful of her home. She also did not indicate to me of any issues that persisted. I look forward to resolving the matter.
