"I certainly understand the frustration that (removed member name) felt during the repair of her home, and I sympathize with her. We were working off an insurance estimate from her insurance company, and were constrained to using the materials that were outlined by her insurance company. We were also not able to perform additional work outside the scope of what the insurance company was willing to pay for. I agree that a more comprehensive repair job was needed; however, the insurance company was very limiting on the approved scope of work for the job. (removed member name) did not express to me that we were disrespectful of her home. She also did not indicate to me of any issues that persisted. I look forward to resolving the matter."
