They did okay. Unfortunately, it was raining during the time that we were moving. Consequently, it took a lot longer to unload our belongings and the time that we ended up paying for drastically exceeded our expectations. Even though it was raining, I felt they could have worked a little quicker since I was paying hourly. I saw them take a few smoke breaks in their truck which didn't thrill me. I didn't contact the owner of the company with this issue. We paid for the tailer to be loaded in another city and they stuck to their estimate which I wish is what would have happened with Zoom.

Nice men, loaded the truck quickly and were very professional (it seemed at the time). Unfortunately, these men had NO IDEA how to load a truck for long distance travel! Several items were broken upon arrival, and the movers at my destination told me the trailer was poorly packed, and that professional movers would have known not to stack boxes at the back and place a china cabinet in the middle of the trailer where the boxes could topple over on it (needless to say, my grandmother's 80-something year-old china cabinet is seriously damaged, as are some of the box contents!). I've used Zoom before for short distance moves and been very happy. I recommend them for these types of jobs. However, DO NOT use them to pack anything traveling long distances!

Excellent experience!!! Scott and Mike were professional, punctual, and very attentive to detail. I have moved many times across the country, and this was definately the best experience. Nothing was broken or damaged. I highly recommend..

THE MOVERS WERE ON TIME, COURTEOUS, CAREFUL WITH MY BELONGINGS. THE APARTMENT WE LIVED IN WAS HARD TO GET THINGS IN AND OUT OF. ZOOM WAS MANAGED TO GET EVERYTHING OUT WITH NO DAMAGE AND WITHIN THE SPECIFIED 4 HOURS.
