Webster's provided excellent service. They responded fast and scheduled within the week to cut down a tree. Highly recommend. They were great to work with.

We used Websters Tree Service in late November 2022 and are happy to share that we are very happy with the services they provided. The important thing is that we agreed on the price estimate (they gave us a discount) and that they did their work exactly as stipulated in the service contract. The removal of the main tree was done precisely, clean (without debris falling into our neighbors backyards), they collected and disposed of all the debris, but left us a good chunk of firewood as we asked them. Then the trimming of the other two trees was done also precisely and very neat. What's more important is that their equipment for the stump grinding was not available on the day of the service provided but nevertheless they assured us that they will finish the job within two days. This is exactly what they did (without any delay) and we are very satisfied with the results - precise, clean and neat. We are glad to recommend Websters Tree Services and say "Thank you" to them for the excellent services they provided.

Mr. Webster and crew removed a large oak tree that was too close to our home in Smyrna, TN last week. They did a great job, very professional and precise. It was impressive watching them work, from Mr. Webster in the bucket methodically trimming the limbs, then the rest of the tree, controlling where the pieces fell, and the crew putting the pieces into the chipper and raking up any debris. They also ground the stump. I am happy to recommend their services.

I had a large Bradford pear that was damaged and likely to fall on my house. It was ticking time bomb. (By the way, Bradford pears are a scourge of nature.) One branch had already split off and had caused no damage but there were other heavy branches that would have fallen on the house for sure. So I needed quick help. Unlike others I tried to call, I was able to get in touch with Webster's and get an actual human response. They were able to give me a start date that was only days away and not weeks. He really listened to my situation did his best to get to me right away. They were well equipped and used a extended bucket to get access to the tree site at the back of the house. The job was done quickly and professionally, including grinding away the stump. Furthermore, they ground away two smaller stumps on my property for no additional charge. I wholeheartedly recommend Joe Webster and Webster's Tree Service.

Outstanding job! Great communication, Punctual - the crew of three arrived at 8:30 AM and were through by noon. They ground the stumps and hauled off all the large logs. They brought their own chipper to cleanup smaller branches. They even blew off the driveway where they had loaded up the wood. Mr. Webster was very friendly and personally gave us our estimate. We acquired three and his was the lowest! Webster’s completely lived up to their excellent ratings and credentials!!

This is my second time to use Webster's, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. They show up on time, take their time to get the tree trimmed so that it is aesthetically pleasing, and clean up afterward. They are a joy to work with and I can't recommend highly enough.

Tree removal was complicated by layout, power lines and size. When it was discovered that the boom truck couldn't get into position, he did NOT change the price or try to renegotiate. Instead he brought in a crew of four guys and got the job done even though it was unlikely a profitable venture. Honest, reliable, on time and fairly priced. This guy did great work on a job he easily could have walked away from.

Webster's did an outstanding job trimming trees back from our house. This was a surgical execution of the work and they were top notch. Absolutely no damage and everything looks sooooo much better. Hopefully this will last 4 or 5 years and then we'll call them back to continue to keep out trees it top shape. They may not be the cheapest up front but they are worth every nickel at the end of the day. You couldn't pay me to get up in those trees and do everything they did. Plus they left the area immaculate when they left. It is so nice to come home to a job well done.

I am glad the tree is gone. I do have to wait about a year to plant another tree though, I didn't know that so I am glad informed me that bacteria could kill a new plant. I got an estimate to prune a tree in the back and I felt that the price was a little high for a pruning.

Excellent! Joseph handled my request very quickly and did a fabulous job! I will definitely call him again for any other tree services needed on my property. I was out of town when he completed the job. He took time to FaceTime me to insure that I was happy with the work completed. A+!!

I had two dead trees in my backyard that were dropping limbs on my fences and parking area, and two scrappy trees overgrown with vines that were simply an eyesore. I called multiple vendors to get a quote to have the two dead trees removed and their prices were outrageously high. I was bracing for a big hit to my savings account. Mr. Webster changed everything when he met me one morning and said his team would do the job for a great price and could be out the next day. He even offered to take down the two eyesore trees for just a little bit more. Sure enough the Webster crew showed up Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. prompt and went to work. Rain cut their day short, but they were back on Sunday morning to finish the job. Every piece of wood was hauled away and several workers stayed behind to make sure the job site was left in the cleanest possible condition. The workers were extremely professional, my neighbors are happy, and I feel like the price was more than fair. Thank you, Webster's! Any homeowner can empathize with my dread of spending hard-earned money for necessary upkeep. I have nothing but a five star recommendation for Joe and his team, I am beyond happy with their efficiency, quality of work and responsiveness!
I had two very old trees that needed to come down due to disease and roots that were beginning to affect the foundation on my house. I expected that the cost and time it would take to have them removed would prohibit me from being able to have them done at the same time. 
I sent an email inquiry one evening and Joe called me the next morning. He came to check out the trees later that day and the estimate (about half the price of the other person I called) allowed me to take it all out at once, hooray! Two days later he came out with 2-3 guys on his crew to begin. They began first thing in the morning and worked until early afternoon for two days in a row - work was completed very very quickly! 
The areas were left even neater than before they arrived! I've seen houses around town where tree service providers have chopped up the tree but then leave all of the trunk pieces at the front of the yard (and the stump is still unground) for a couple of weeks before they come back to remove it all. Joe's crew loaded the trunk pieces and branches into the shredder on their truck as they went. They left ZERO branches, sticks or leaves behind on either day.
It can be truly challenging to find honest and quality professionals for all home-related work. Webster's Tree Service surpassed my expectations, I've had several neighbors ask me for a reference already. Highly, highly recommend!!

Mr. Webster and his guys were great. I called him on Monday and he was available immediately, so I scheduled him for Thursday, 12 FEB to remove 1 dead tree and another 3 that were not optimal species nor ideally located. He was at our house most of the day and did a spectacular job leaving the property as pristine as it was before he came. I definitely plan on hiring him again to remove some other trees in the back yard.

The owner did the work and he was on board all through. He seemed familiar with the job.
