I am very pleased with them due to the fact that they are polite and respectful.and provide an effective and professional service. Now my hardwood floors looks shine and my kitchen looks amazingly clean.

"I thank you in advance for an opportunity to work with you. Having said that, in your review of my performance you've mentioned that I played with the rate I've charged. That amount was based on the size of your house ( about 6 bedrs,6 bathrms, + multiple rooms, as well as the number of residents (6pll), and 4 pets. As agreed by both parties the rate was $ 20,00per hour. I apologized for not being able to catch up on the extensive backed up work load in 1 q/2 day as you expected. Again, I thank you for giving me a chance to try. I take my work and risponsibilities very seriously, and personally I am shocked with your accusations. Will be glad to supply a list of references of custumers that I work and serve for many years."

I was very impressed by how nice they were and their bright demeanor. Tania did whatever she needed to do to get the cleaning job done. I was very excited to see that my home was cleaned. It felt good to come home to a good clean house.

They have done a great job. I have to give them a key to my house and they are always respectful of that. I have not had anything broken. I have referred them to a friend.I could not have done a better job myself. TANIA came out to give me an estimate and then came back as promised and on time to clean. I went out and when I came home, my home looked AMAZINGLY CLEAN. I expected the normal house cleaning, but TANIA went way above and beyond my expectations. She mopped my hardwood floors and then put something on them to make them shine. . I looked in every nook and cranny for dust and never came up with a single thing. They even dusted the tops of the fans and all hanging pictures. She was so thoughtful and accessible. I would recommend her to anyone.
