Contact Tawn on 4/8 for and estimate for mowing the lawn, and he  showed up that day to give me an estimate.

Schedule and mowed the lawn on 4/10 and did a outstanding job and would highly recommend his work.

I have hired his service to do other yard work and weekly mowing services as his work is good and his prices are reasonable.

T and J Services, specifically Twan came out and surveyed our needs. He gave a two-step quote which allowed me to do the basic part of excavating and grading now and can re-engage him later for the final grading a smoothing. He was professional and prompt on his appointments and his work. The final product was to my satisfaction and the neighbor liked his work so much that he engaged him for some excavating in his yard. I would hire this company again.

They were great and I have started using them on a regular basis..I am very satisfied with their work and their professionalism.

Twon and his small group worked under brutal weather conditions ... thunderstorms and temperatures in excess of 95 degrees. He accepted changes but insisted on making them a separate contract. Not that I cared, but it gave him an excuse to drag out the project. They removed the old lawn (Kentucky Bluegrass, about 2000-2500 feet, which simply cannot take the heat), graded the area (poorly, I must add), then put on bermuda sod grass in its place. Much of the installation was seam-less, however, there were areas that were not graded to my satisfaction. He only obtained a minimal amount of extra dirt, and it turns out that it was not even close to what was needed. He is difficult to get hold of. He only uses an answering service. When you call him, you leave a message, and he generally gets back to you. He told me HE wants my lawn to look as good as I wanted it to look! I found this TO BE A LIE, because he never finished the project. He never came back to fix a sink hole and now water gathers in the middle of the lawn and on another section, where the sod also didn't take. He never finished some ot the edging as there were some huge gaps. And on the last section, a two foot by 25 foot strip, I got near-dead sod installed. He never came back to see if it took. I got someone else to replace that, so it cost me twice. He also never got back to me on another project that I had set him up to do. Basically, once he got his money, he was history. He also didn't "roll" the lawn, and now it's pretty bumpy. Finally, I also told him twice that I would need a receipt showing that I paid him, and something that showed the services rendered. He didn't bother to do that either. Getting him to even show up was like pulling teeth. Initially, I had big hopes on the project, but in the end I was left holding the bag. I DO NOT RECOMMEND T and J Services. He is unprofessional, unpredictable, and does not follow-up on his work or on his WORD. He also broke a water faucet which cost me another $114, and walked off with two of my stepping stones. I started out with ten (and have a picture of the ten stacked up in their work area) and only had eight when they left. I think that about sums it up.

He came the same day I called to give an estimate and then two days later to mow the lawn. He will now be doing it every two weeks.

If I am not here, he and a helper will get it done in less tha a half hour.
