Do not go with this company! I’m still waiting to hear back from someone I moved in March. Things were stolen. Things were broken and still yet they told me that they were going to check the warehouse and no one ever called me back as I’m still bringing things out of the garage because I had to end up moving myself when they delivered they refused to take the things off the truck. I’m noticing that more things are missing. I received a call from the driver that initially picked up my things in Atlanta asking me why didn’t I call him? Well, shouldn’t you be calling me if you guys are the one who stole my things then they told me that they couldn’t fit everything on the truck so when I was removing things and about to throw it away, put it on the truck to take home for themselves. Do not use them!! Avoid the stress, avoid being stolen from and ripped off , I’m waiting on a phone call and the girl that works in the office is rude as h***

Purposely under quoted Driver rude and demanding Took items they were not supposed to take and now we are without clothes. 5 days later and items have not arrived; with no eta to be shared. The worst experience ever and this was the first time I decided to splurge on movers. This will absolutely be the last The good reviews on this have to be made up.

The 2 movers were great. Worked hard and relatively quickly. The only issue was that the communication with the dispatcher was not great. We told her a few times we had a piano to move: She neglected to tell us there's additional cost for this. They ended up moving it without that additional cost, so it all ended well, but was a little frustrating. But like I said, the actual movers did a nice job. Wrapped everything up well prior to moving.

After I purchased the Big Deal, they were supposed to contact me, but they did not. I then called them and was told to send him an email. My email showed that it never went through and I called them again. They advised me to contact them through text messaging for scheduling and he did get that. I was not there on the day that they came. My friend was there and said they did an excellent job. They packed everything for me and nothing was damaged. They were very friendly and organized. The price was different and there were a lot more additional fees. I didn’t expect there to be so much more in additional costs. I think that the cost would have been less had I just purchased the service with them at a set price. They did do an excellent job with the move. I would use their services again but would receive a direct quote for the work before hiring them.

The guys were professional, but they insisted that we are three men and you have to pay for three men for moving our house and furniture. They did a good job I have no complaints except, after they left one of the legs of my bed was missing. So, I called them and they said we will look for it, then I called them again and they said, yes we have found it and we will get it cleared the next time we are there, and that was last August. Then I called them again two or three times, and they said oh yes, it is right there on my desk and I am going to post them in another hour. Well, they never did. I know it is a small thing but they could have followed through on it. Other than that I do not have any complaints about how they handled the furniture. They were careful they were pretty nice guys. They were professional and they were very personable and polite and I do not have any negative things to say about them.

Let a drill & bag missing part of desk that pulled out.

The move with Southern Elite went well overall. My phone calls were returned promptly and the process of getting a estimate and the house walk through were on time and efficient. The price from Southern Elite was significantly less than any other mover I called. The house took two days to pack and load the truck. We were moving into temporary housing so a portion of our household goods were going to be stored. The truck arrived at our new location the next day and everything was unloaded and unpacked that same day. The movers were friendly and helpful. The owner was on site the entire time at both locations. Our only issue was with the packing. Because some of our stuff was going into storage, it was very important that boxes were labeled correctly. There were issues with boxes being packed haphazardly and things from different rooms ending up in the same box. We had a couple weeks of unpacking and repacking boxes to find things we needed. If we had planned to unpack everything, this would not have been a big deal. Otherwise, our experience was good.

Moved my home furnishings from Mt Juliet Tennessee to Groveland Massachusetts, ( north of Boston) Simply outstanding quality of service and professional results. Team packed our belongings, stored until we closed on new home in Massachusetts, and delivered and unloaded when promised. From start to finish, as fine as a moving experience as we have ever been through.
If you are needing any moving assistance-- I recommend Southern Elite Moving, from beginning to end. We could not have been happier with the price, service, and the move.  Great folks, do what they say, delivered what was promised.

Kizzie was a great help in scheduling and offering packing services.  They worked with us to make sure we had everything ready in time for the move.  Anthony, the owner, has a wonderful, "can-do" attitude and is one of the hardest working individuals I have ever met.  He and his crew were all nice, considerate and professional.  We've had bad experiences in the past, but Southern Elite exceeded our expectations.  They arrived as scheduled at 9:30 in the morning with four men and two trucks.  They took great care to protect all our furniture and loaded the trucks in such a way so that all of our belongings miraculously fit into the two trucks.  They didn't finish the job until after 3:00 the next morning, but they only took one short dinner break and kept working diligently the entire time.  There are 23 aggregate stairs into our new home so the unloading took longer than they estimated.  There was no slacking or goofing off and they took great care with our beloved antique piano, even though I was worried that they waited until the end when their muscles were exhausted.  Our furniture is in great condition with no damage and we're thrilled with the service we received.
