She was a little early , very pleasant, and I was very satisfied with her. She gave me references before she even showed up and they were all great. She did everything I asked and went above and beyond. It was a 1400 sq ft house and she took care of everything that was needed. I have a small dog and the little bit of dog smell that was there, she was able to get rid of. I am having her out every 2 weeks

She was very nice and was a Christian ✝️ but I am In grief over my husband passing. I could not bring myself to ask her to complete the job. I can not confront people. Also no bath tubs were done. Mainly floors which I thought her price was way out if line for that. She said she was charging me to come up to Hendersonville. Was not aware of that this would be an up charge. She had a call from her pastor who gave her another job to do. I feel like this is why she left so soon. I have had house keepers in Nashville (just moved to be close to family) Thank You for the opportunity to provide these facts.

I do take pride in my work as I have done so for over 16 years with everyone that I have worked for being satisfied with my work. I would like to point out some of your facts. I did clean, with my own supplies, the base boards, blinds, bathrooms, inside and outside of the cabinets, vacuumed, and did indeed clean the sides and the bathtubs you claimed I did not clean. I showed up before 8:00am and left around 11:00am, so that is around $42 an hour for about 3 hours. When charging people, I factor in mileage to get to a job, but is is a small part of the price and given the work I completed at your house, I undercharged you by what I would normally charge someone else. I took into consideration your situation with your husband passing recently and your current grief. If you were not satisfied with my cleaning, you should have communicated it to me as I take immense pride in my work. Have a great day!"
