"[Member Name Removed], I apologize for this but I thought it was rectified. Having a small business you have to trust your workers and unfortunately I had to let that gentlemen go. He told me they fixed or repaired this issue. There was a lot of back and forth about this. I was told the tenant had a party the next week after the deck was done and her son and their friends scrapped the deck with the furniture. I apologize it has taken so long to respond but of our business is word of mouth we honestly do not use Angieslist so I am honestly just seeing this review today. I am certainly [Member Name Removed] and you were more than welcome to call me a million times especially if your hard earned money was involved. I stopped corresponding with you when you emails got out of of character and I was playing middleman between you and the tenant. She was saying thing to me, telling you another thing and it just wasn't good fr business. We will certainly go back to the property and make sure we fix any flaws due to our workmanship since we give a one year warranty. Please let me know if you'd like us to come out and fix this. Thank you."
