Home depot was great. Their subcontractor was R.A.S delivery service and they get the low grade from me.
Install crew was not allowed to put in the dryer vent since it went through the wall. Funny that HH Greg didn't have any problem with it it 1999. My friend has to hook up to old dryer vent tubing to the new dryer. Should have been simple install. Dryer vent directly through the garage back wall to the outside. Called R.A.S. to complain and they said a manager would get back to me. It's been several days and that has not happened.

The level of service was great.  Staff was very knowledgeable, patient, professional.  Every customer that walked into the appliance department was assisted very promptly by a member of the department team.  Going to need a new refrigerator soon and will return there to make that purchase!

They are friendly.  They seemed to be knowledgeable about their product.  If I ask one who doesn't know, then I would find someone who does know the information.  They are very helpful.

The door guy is great. Nice, professional, and was a perfectionist...which is what you would want. Home Depot needs better computer, associate training, and someone on weekends and evenings that know what's going on.

Well, Home Depot is a good company. They fixed my ice maker so I have no complaints with them. I think they do good repairs on things you buy there and they do show up when they tell you they will. I would call myself satisfied with Home Depot as far as appliance repairs go.

I like the work Home Depot did. The only problem I had was that they didn't let me know for four months that they couldn't get the wood I wanted. However, they did give me a discount for the inconvenience. I would use them again, because they do such a good job.

Home Depot did a great job. My front door looks beautiful, and I was very happy with their services. I would recommend them.

The installers came on time, even calling before they arrived. The quality of the roofing was excellent, and the roofers even went above and beyond by removing old boards at no extra cost. They did the job quickly and cleaned up their mess. They did a great job.

The quality of the doors and windows was excellent, as was the installation. The workers came on time and completed the job quickly, in about six hours, cleaning up their mess before they left. We are very happy with Home Depot.
