+ -1 moreHome depot was great. Their subcontractor was R.A.S delivery service and they get the low grade from me. Install crew was not allowed to put in the dryer vent since it went through the wall. Funny that HH Greg didn't have any problem with it it 1999. My friend has to hook up to old dryer vent tubing to the new dryer. Should have been simple install. Dryer vent directly through the garage back wall to the outside. Called R.A.S. to complain and they said a manager would get back to me. It's been several days and that has not happened.
Description of Work: Sale washer and dryer, deliver, install and haul away.

+ -1 moreThe level of service was great. Staff was very knowledgeable, patient, professional. Every customer that walked into the appliance department was assisted very promptly by a member of the department team. Going to need a new refrigerator soon and will return there to make that purchase!

+ -1 moreThe door guy is great. Nice, professional, and was a perfectionist...which is what you would want. Home Depot needs better computer, associate training, and someone on weekends and evenings that know what's going on.
Description of Work: They need to train their workers to get the order right. Or maybe fix their problem computer at the millwork desk. They ordered a new Clopay garage door for me. The guy at the desk was very nice, but the ordering was a disaster from the beginning. They called back and said none of the information took in the computer so we had to go back in and redo it. Then he quoted the door and install would be $1000.00 with the special and my coupons. Turned out to really be $1600.00. They subbed out the job to a door company (who by the way is wonderful). The door was installed but was short my additional remote and 3 of the handles. I guess that is Clopay's fault. Had to go back in AGAIN and get those pieces ordered. We'll see if they get here correctly and in a timely fashion.

+ 0 moreWell, Home Depot is a good company. They fixed my ice maker so I have no complaints with them. I think they do good repairs on things you buy there and they do show up when they tell you they will. I would call myself satisfied with Home Depot as far as appliance repairs go.
Description of Work: I paid an extra $89 to get a four year extended warranty on my new refrigerator that I got from Home Depot. It recently had the ice maker go. Home Depot sent someone out immediately to repair it by replacing parts.

+ -1 moreI like the work Home Depot did. The only problem I had was that they didn't let me know for four months that they couldn't get the wood I wanted. However, they did give me a discount for the inconvenience. I would use them again, because they do such a good job.

+ -1 moreThe installers came on time, even calling before they arrived. The quality of the roofing was excellent, and the roofers even went above and beyond by removing old boards at no extra cost. They did the job quickly and cleaned up their mess. They did a great job.
Description of Work: We purchased new roofing at Home Depot to replace our entire roof, 3000 square feet. Home Depot arranged for the installation.

+ -1 moreThe quality of the doors and windows was excellent, as was the installation. The workers came on time and completed the job quickly, in about six hours, cleaning up their mess before they left. We are very happy with Home Depot.
Description of Work: We purchased two new doors, for the front and back of the house, from Home Depot along with two side windows near the front door. Home Depot arranged for the installation.
