They saved me. Someone I had called was supposed to do the demo, but dropped out at the last minute. I found C&M Construction and they got it done that same day.
He is a get-it-done type of guy and the age of the house did not bother him. He took it as a challenge and offered solutions to fix it. He was neat and hauled away all the debris.
