Weather was a holdup based on the time of year, can't do much about that. The work was professional, the vision impeccable, the finished product is stunning. What we wanted and more. Cindy is an incredible hard working woman who delivers what she's says and more. We will be using her for our front yard as well. I highly recommend Reno Landscaping. You will not be disappointed.

RESULTS
Let me just say that I've never seen landscaping this good in any magazine.  Cindy and team did an astonishing job and I still can't believe that the landscaping in my front yard looks this good.  It's like Bob Ross painted his idea of the most sophisticated front yard ever and Cindy made it a reality.  Above and beyond all expectations!
PROCESS
Backing up a bit, the process was interesting and fun.  Cindy came out to our house and looked around.  Then she listened to what we wanted/needed and went back to write up a design document for us.  A week later we had this hand crafted, detailed document that helped us visualize what the end result would look like.  We then asked her to tweak a few things and scheduled the service.  As a bonus, Cindy invited us out to one of her current jobs so we could see her work.  We accepted, and we were sold when we saw what she was capable of...  word of advice:  let Cindy loose.  Give her some guidelines (e.g., price, tree types, etc), but let her flex her creative muscles and you'll be glad that you did.
TIMING
Cindy and team were prompt and finished within 6 hours.  They say Rome wasn't built in a day... but this is close.
PRICE
Incredible value for the price.  We got what above what we expected and it's all for a reasonable price.

This work was done timely and expertly.  Her crew is hardworking, fast and competent. The owner was present on each and every work day and worked alongside her crew.   Yard was cleaned up after every work day.

Her plans and drawings for the yard were precise, easy to read and very complete.  She was easy to work with in revisions and spur of the moment changes.  

The materials were better than we imagined,

especially all the rock work that was done.   

We intend to use Reno for any additional work we might have.   We would recommend Reno to anyone without hesitation.

I contacted Cindy Reno to look at my landscaping and provide suggestions to create more privacy at the rear of our house.  Cindy responded very quickly and visited my house in a day or two.  Cindy's vision is just exceptional.  She gave me options that I never would have thought of.  She was extremely professional, no pressure and worked with me to create something very special.  I trusted Cindy's recommendations and I was certainly not disappointed.  The work turned out so much better than I thought!!!  Cindy nailed exactly what I needed and delivered.  The workers were very professional, worked very hard and cleaned up when they left.
I would highly recommend Reno Land Design.  I have owned many houses over the years and worked with landscapers but never worked with someone as good as Reno.  Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Everything went as planned. Cindy and her crew were very professional.  They did little extras without charging me.  I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would happily recommend her to others.

Cindy and her team just completed a full landscape/hardscape around our new patio/deck. Her design was amazing. She was able to pull together the new deck and patio to give the entire project that finishing touch.  To be honest, we were only moderately pleased with the deck/patio projects until Cindy tied it all together for an incredible look.  Her attention to detail was evident from the start and she carried it through to completion of the project.  She was by far the best communicator of any contractor we have ever used, quickly responding to e-mails and voice mails.  When she and her crew left the jobsite the cleanup of the yard and entire work area was perfect.  It's clear that she truly loves what she does, it's more than a way to make a living for her, it's her passion. Any future landscaping/hardscaping we have done will be done by Reno Land Designs.

From the very beginning Cindy Reno and her crew were professional.  Multiple on site visits by Cindy to explain exactly what was going to be done and when allowed for a timely and well orchestrated completion of the project.  The members of her work crew persevered through 90+ degree heat to complete the project within the week.  The design of both the front yard and the back yard were entirely Cindy's creation and excelled over anything we may have thought we would have done.  It was important for us to have front steps that were long and shallow so folks with bad knees and hips could get up and down with minimal difficulty.  The first attempt did not turn out as I had envisioned but Cindy's crew tore it all out the next day and completed it as we wanted.  When dealing with Reno Land Design my advice is to be very patient.  They are very busy and sometimes it takes a few weeks or months to get your job in the cue.  If you want a quality job that will last a lifetime, it's worth the wait.

Cindy designed a total make-over of our 20 yr old landscaping, designed a major deck extension, designed a new drive way and sidewalks using concrete pavers and several new rock walls, a fire pit area, and 3 new raised garden beds. She recommended a contractor and all work was done as promised and on time.
