The salesman's name was Stanley Crisp. He was great. He was fun, he was funny. There was no pushing or pressure. I would recommend them.

My Dad's car needed servicing. Dad is 88 and asked me to help him find a good place so I checked Angie's list and found information about this location. They were extremely good to my Dad, fixed the car and explained everything to him they did. Very grateful for their kindness as well as good service.

My Father is 88 and had gone to Sears for new tires on Saturday. The person there got my Dad extremely upset by saying the car was not safe and the brakes could catch fire at any time. Since Dad did not know what to do, I added Knoxville to my Angie's list subscription and found this auto service. When I called, the service manager, Wayne, was wonderful and listened to my concerns about my Dad's situation. He arranged an appointment for my Dad the next day, did a full safety inspection, identified the problems and corrected them that afternoon. Wayne took time to discuss everything with my Dad, made sure he was comfortable, and provided not only the car service but the reassurance my Dad needed. Dad now has Wayne's direct number for any future problems.

Wayne turned a bad situation into a good experience for my Dad.

I looked at all of the dealerships. This one had the car type that I wanted. I test drove four cars. They made sure to call me after the sale and I do receive post cards from them.

The dealership is good. I wish it was closer to me, but that's okay. They do good work there, whenever I have had a problem with my car and so I can't complain, really. They are always nice to me and courteous.

Twin City Buick was very courteous to me and returned my phone call within two hours of my initial call. The work they did on my bumper was very professional and neat. This was not an insurance fix and therefore I paid the cost to fix it. They went out of their way to cut my costs, yet be professional in their work. When my car was returned it looked perfect, and was very clean inside and out.

I was in an accident and I have used Twin City Collision Repair Center for years so they were the first people I thought of. I have never had any problems with them. They are courteous, professional, nice, generally quick, clean and tidy. This time it took a little longer than I expected for them to finish the work. It was suppose to be done in about 4 days, and ended up taking them about 2 weeks. They were also a little slow to return my phone calls this time, but I think it was because they were extremely busy with work. That is not normal for them. They were also able to match the paint on my car exactly, which was very nice.

I am very pleased with the service that this company provides. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very friendly and they made sure to answer all of my questions. I think that they are all very courteous and professional.
