On seven different occassions, the dealer/salemen just flat lied.  Car price wasn't bad, even with the $500 doc fee that they lied about, but the lies really left a bad taste in my mouth.

I was worried about going to a dealership as many are known for exorbitant prices and pushy service recommendations. But I had two repairs that could only be performed by someone with the right tools and computer scanners, aka, a toyota dealership.
To my pleasant suprise, they took my vehicle in right away. Gave me an accurate estimate before I left the counter on one of the items and pledged to call me for approval on the other item. They did call and the 2nd items was going to be very expensive. I had a candid discussion with the service manager about wether the repair was "must have" or "nice to have" and I got honest counsel. I decided to forego the 2nd service and was still treated with respect.
I got a follow up call the next day to ensure that I was pleased with the service, which I was. Will not be hesitant to use this service center again.

This is the worst dealership with Toyota, we have had nothing but
horrible experiences and the most rude service advisors. The service
manager in the beginning was great but he messed up the last appointment
and the end result we will not ever go back and if you look at the bbb
they are ranked an F. The other Toyota dealerships around here are
Aplus.  I am telling all to never go there and word of mouth and the
internet are going to help. I was amazed at how many horrible reviews
there are on Rick Mcgills!!!!

It went very good. I knew the brakes were bad.  They loaned me a free car to use while repairs were done. I did not ask for the car.
They completed repair before they closed same day.

I’m always able to get in and get scheduled.  They do good work and they explain the work that’s done or not done if it’s not necessary.  That’s saved me a few coins.  They follow up to see if I’ve been satisfied with the work.  So far I’ve been satisfied with the scheduling and the work performed.  When I ask for specific information that isn’t normally provided, they provided it.  They do offer coupons from time to time that helps out.

I was able to schedule the service online.  I showed up early, and they took the car in and serviced it early.  I waited less than an hour.  They went over their findings and made recommendations for future service, with no pressure.  They did fail to re-set the "Maintenance Required" button, so that popped in a few days.  I took it in, and they corrected it very quickly, taking me less than 10 minutes; the mechanic came out and took care of it in the parking lot, without my having to pull into the service bay.

We were last there for them to replace the clutch and to repair a crack in the manifold.  First they told us we needed to replace the clutch then they told us we needed the manifold.  It's a 12 year old car so I was a little upset that we paid $2000 for the clutch then they hit us with another $1000.  I probably would have just sold the car, I probably would not have put $3000 into a car that's only worth about $3000.  However, they said they didn't know about the manifold until the clutch was fixed. I think it's the manifold because they said it would put carbon monoxide in the car.  My husband knows about cars and looked at it and said it truly was cracked, it wasn't a scam.  I think they are competitively priced compared to others.  I have bought a car from them as well.

They were courteous, punctual and professional. It took longer than I expected, especially when the service technician told me the fuel injector needed to be cleaned. It added about another hour to my wait. I had the fuel injector cleaned as advised but have no idea if it really needed it. All in all the experience was as good as getting auto repair work done can be. The customer waiting area is small and the television is loud. It would be nice to have a separate area where people who prefer to read while waiting can do so instead of having the TV blare in their ears.

Waited for less time than I expected, about an hour. Waiting rooms are very nice with comfortable adult and kid areas. They offered to shuttle me to work but I decided to wait. Friendly staff. Excellent repair job. I have had no problems with my car since.

It didn't cost very much. We've only been here a year and we moved here from Maryland and the dealers were charging 2 to 4 times as much there. The price was very reasonable. The service department is super clean and they are professional and polite. They really put effort into trying to determine the problem and fix it. They are also cost sensitive. They are very responsive.

The service people are very good. I just call them - they ask me to bring the car in and they have it done and taken care of. Usually there is a wait involved. They are very polite and nice. I spend about $50 for their scheduled maintenance. I?d say that their price is about average. The work is pretty much done in a timely manner and the quality is good. I would continue to use them in the future.

I am not sure about this company anymore. I have been there a few times and they have done lots of work for me, but, it seems that every time I go there, they will not tell me exactly what they did with my car or anything. They always tell me the car is not ready yet and they won't call and tell me when it is ready. Also, I do not know what is going on, but, they can never seem to find my keys when it is time to go. I am not sure about pricing, I have head several things done here. Although, most was warranty work. I am just tired of dealing with them.

THE WORK WAS DONE VERY WELL. WE WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE A CONVENIENT SERVICE TIME & THE WORK WAS PERFORMED PROMPTLY & PROFESSIONALLY. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THE DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE WANTING GREAT SERVICE.
