Nice guy but his equipment was so filthy that i feel like it made the carpet dirtier than it was before he cleaned it. His truck with dirty too. Not professional. Wouldn't use again.

"We are sorry that the cleanliness of our equipment was not to your satisfaction. Cleaning three to four dirty carpets a day, we try to keep the equipment as clean as possible. We are in the process of implementing an action plan to clean the equipment after every job, and still make it to all of our appointments in a timely manner. We have used J's Quality Chem Dry on two occasions - one at home and one at work. Both times he did a fabulous job.
At home I had a red drink that has spilled all over my light beige carpet. I though that it was game over. But, Jason came and cleaned it up and now you cannot tell it had ever happened!
He was thorough, courteous and really took his time making sure he did the best job possible.
I have used several different cleaning services in the past - but none have come close to delivering the service that J's Quality Chem Dry provided.
I would highly recommend them and plan on using him for all my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

We bought two rugs from a woman and once we put them in the car, the smell of dog urine was overwhelming! J came out and even had to throw out his own tarp afterwards- that was how bad they were! He spent an hour cleaning the rugs and I was amazed that they were so clean. I thought it was a lost cause. He even offered to do a second treatment for free if the first didn't completely do the job. There was still a slight odor, so he came out the next week and did another run-thru. So far, so good! He was so nice and really cared about customer service and the quality of his work. We will use this company for any work in the future, for sure!

Jason was several hours late because his helper didn't show up for work on the job before us. He was very professional and used care not to damage our wool carpets. We had several stains from water leaking in from outside and he did a good job removing them. The Chem-Dry process worked well on the wool. I would definitely use him again.

Jason's parents have been my neighbors for 25 years and I have known him as their son and an Iraqi war veteran, so I immediately thought of him when I needed my carpets cleaned. He came within days and was always punctual and polite, moving furniture without complaint. He even removed multiple red kool-aid stains and dyed a few small areas that weren't colorfast. At the end, he even left me a can of spot remover that I can use to treat spots between cleanings.
