I was very pleased with the professionalism and competence that Brad showed.  When I called he was able to show up within a few hours and with all items need to fix the problems.  I am very happy with his service.

This is SECOND system bought from and installed by the GEEK.... Complete satisfaction as usual.

GEEK sells LENOVO systems now I had bought an ACER from him before.
Price of the LENOVO included CPU and 2 hours installation service.
I bought my own monitor, camera, speakers and printer.

My computer quit on me. Their techncian came in, diagnosed the problem, made a few adjustments and got me back up in short order.

I could not be happier with the experience that I had with Brad. When I first called, he was booked until the following Monday. Due
to the fact that my wife has a small business that is dependent on our home computer, I requested him to call me if he had a
cancellation. Within an hour of setting my Monday appointment, Brad called and said he could come to our house within the hour.
Whether it was my good fortune or not, I really appreciated that Brad was cognizant of our situation. Once he was here, he immediately explained his pricing structure. It was based upon an hourly charge and then an incremental charge after the first full hour. I believe that his pricing was fair and reasonable. During the entire time that he was at the house, Brad was very conscious of the time in regards to his fees. I really appreciated that he was concerned about me and not his charges. He was quickly able to resolve my computer problems, and get me back up and running. The other thing that I really liked was that during the time that he was repairing my computer, he shared his knowledge and opinions about the best malware, anti-virus software, and back-up systems. Since he deals with computers every day, I respected his opinion on those matters. I would certainly recommend Brad's Geek in a Flash to anyone needing a new computer system or computer repairs.

Brad is great to work with. He is very honest and capable. I have used him for both home and business. I have used his service about 10 times over the last 5 years. He has just worked on our PCs and laptops, no Macs have been worked on with us. He does both come out and remote access. I see no room for improvements and I am just happy with his service.

The service was very good. They were very prompt and I have used them a lot. He has always been able to fix any issues we have, and is very helpful. The scheduling is pretty good and he will always come within the same day or the next day. We have been using them for about 3-4 years.

They are excellent and we have used them for years. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Brad the owner does a great job and I would recommend him to anybody. The scheduling is very good and overall, excellent service and responsiveness.

I would recommend them. They are efficient, know what they are doing, and get the job done. I am pleased with them and if I need any computer work I call them right away. Also you can get a an appointment pretty quickly. They are very good and I have a lot of confidence in them and their prices are fair.

It turned out excellent. We haven't had any problems since he installed the programs. Brad was fine, courteous, on time, and we had no problems. The scheduling was really quick. He came out the same day I called him. The quality of his work is outstanding.

It went well.... as usual Brad showed up on time and did his usual professional good work.
He has worked on both of our two computers over the last several years.
He and his wife work together.... a local home-owned and operated business.
Seems a bit pricey, but I can depend on him... he's never disappointed us.
He's our computer pro..... I'll call him again.

Found Geek In A Flash in the Yellow Pages and was glad to see it was a local, Maryville, business.
His wife answers the phone and makes the appointments in a most pleasant manner.
He always calls to confirm the appointment before he arrives on-site.

I'll definitely use Geek In A Flash to help with my computer needs/problems in the future.

He was very good. We have used him a couple of times. He charges $75 an hour.
