Showed up on time. Mounting box for fan had been modified so he figured out how to work around it and had to go buy a couple of additional items. Installed fan in professional manner and cleaned up.
Went to second location where porch post was rotten. I agreed for him to locate and purchase a replacement and install it. His replacement post was far better than original and looks great.
High quality work and easy to work with.
Projects went very well. I am so glad to have found Ed and will definitely be using him in the future! He is skilled, honest, friendly and fair. I highly recommend him!
He has done a good job for us. He shows up on time, does a good job, and has a reasonable price. So far about 2450 dollars have been spent. I will definitely be using him in the future and already have projects for him.
"Mrs (member name removed) asked me to give her an estimate to reconfigure the cabinet over the stove to accommodate a microwave and rerun the electrical from the range hood because it was powered by lamp wire a tacked to the sides of the cabinet. After removal of the cabinet I found that the cabinet could not be modified due to it being made of pressed board and would not be able to carry the weight of the microwave. I told Mrs (member name removed) that the better solution would be to get another cabinet (extra $90). I always give people a low and a high as to the number of hours a job might take. I estimated this job to take between 2-4 hours. I apologize for any misunderstanding. I know Mrs (member name removed) said that I charged her for the estimate. This is not true, while I was there she asked if I could look at her toilet and if I could connect her DVD player so it would play thru her stereo. I replaced the flapper on her toilet and did connect her electronics the way she asked. I don't normally leave receipts with the customer because I have to have them for my tax paperwork. If Mrs (member name removed) had asked me for them I would have happily given them to her."
We will not hesitate to call him whenever we need a job, large or small. We do not hesitate to recommend him to others when they need a professionally, reasonably priced, and timely job.
An example, the deck he expanded for us was quality work. The details he attended to make this part of our deck much more professionally completed than the original deck. His suggestions were always spot on.
The very best at what he does and cheerful at all times. He is simply a friendly, reasonably priced, expert in home or office installments, remolding, and repairs.
Oh yes, he also found why my cell phone was not ringing. What versatility!
