Not well. We were promised pictures of the work done and never got them. Requested a follow up to review the work done or not done well. No follow-up call or visit. Do not pay until work is done correctly.

At the initial appointment the inspector showed up 3 hours early as I was walking out the door to run an errand. No communication about the time change. The inspector (Shane) seemed knowledgeable and had a solution to our problem. I was told that I’d have an estimate within 24 hours. After waiting 2 weeks for the estimate I began calling and emailing the office and spoke to Ashley. I was assured at least 3 times that I would have the estimate within 1-2 days or that Shane would contact me about the delay. He never called and the office never was able to get the ball rolling. After 2 more weeks I called the office to talk to someone else other than Ashley. Another male employee apologized for the mixup and said that the sales staff had been out of town. Must have been quite a trip. Shane called me later that same day and apologized. He scheduled another inspection because he couldn’t remember the first one and had apparently lost his paperwork from the first inspection. He wanted to schedule it for a Saturday morning at 7:30 AM. Kind of a head scratcher to me that it had to be that early, but I agreed to it. Guess what... he never showed up! At this point it’s been 45+ days since my initial inspection and I still haven’t received anything. To say that this has all been disappointing would be an understatement. I didn’t really want to leave a bad review but I feel like everyone should know what they might have to deal with. I also didn’t want to go with a larger national branded company, but I may not have an option.

All aspects of the job were done professionally and within the time frame and cost estimate that were quoted. All the guys were friendly and I was given all the details of the work to be performed and the status of the job as they went along.

The damage was assessed from the basement and it was determined that the foundation was sound, however, there was an area where the water had been able to ( over the years) create a small ravine through which the water could access the basement. As the downpipe was blocked and we had a severe rainstorm the basement was assessable to the large amount of water frowing from the blocked downpipe. The workmen accessed the damaged area from the outside and repaired the area under the foundation and extended the downpipe so that future water would be taken away from the house by over 15ft. This was done quickly in one day. and we have not experienced any further damage.

I talked to the guy. They have grown so much that they are too busy to fix anything that has gone wrong. They are unresponsive and I have had to call multiple times for them to fix further issues that are in the cracking of the walls and tile due to their work.

The work itself was fine. They offer a warranty, which is good. The staff was professional. However, there were scheduling and communication issues.

The job went well overall.  I was a little frustrated that the original quote was $6,250 and the cost ended up being $7,670.  I was aware there was a possibility of this since they never know how deep they will need to drill for the Push Piers.  I was just caught off guard by how much more the final invoice ended up being. I do think everyone was very professional.  They showed up on time and completed the job when they said they would.  I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Prior owners of the house had had extensive work done on the foundation, but we still had very undeven floors and problems with it. They realized the pillars that had been put in prior were on top of cinder blocks and were shifting at different times. They removed all of them and replaced them by drilling down and concreting in new ones. Ours floors are much better, but of course we have cracks over doors etc which is to be expected. They were very professional and easy to work with. They arrived on time every day while they did the work.
I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

From the time of the inspection and estimate, everyone connected with the job was professional, prompt, and informative.  The estimated 3-4 days, turned into 5.5 days due to all the snow, which in-turn make the job a muddy mess.  Upon completion, the bowed wall was straight, and the entire wall was supported by a combination of steel beams ( with anchors) and carbon fiber.  Since this is a house over 60 years old, I expected surprises during the project.  There were a few, one of which concerned the original placement of the footing.  This problem was explained to me by the owner and since this involved additional work, we mutually agreed to a small increase in price.  In every instance ( water being off or other interruptions) we were informed with plenty of time to adjust.  The crew was hard working, polite, and informative.  We feel that our house is now stable and secure.  After we saw the amount of work needed to complete the project properly and then the final results, we both agreed that the price was very reasonable.  At the same time, this company was considerably less expensive than any of their competition, by thousands of dollars.  I would personally recommend this company to friends and relatives with confidence.

Very professional and nice. They had good workers. There were a few hiccups along the way but nothing major. We also liked that there was no money asked for up front, we paid once the job was completed.
