Wisper

When we chose Wisper in June 2013 the service and support was very good.  The technician that came and installed the equipment was very professional and knowledgeable not only on their equipment but also other wireless devices.  About six months after the installation the internet connection started to drop on a weekly basis.  When we called the service number, which was "leave a message" most of the time, the fix was for us to power down their equipment, the router and  the Direct TV equipment and then power back in specific order.  In about nine months the problem got so bad that we were without internet service for days at a time.   The single help desk person, I say single because when someone did answer it was always the same person, would walk us through the power down cycle and then take a message and someone would call back.   When I requested a credit on my account because the service was down for four days, I was informed that company policy was no credits were issued for service unavailable unless the problem couldn't be resolved for 10 days.   I operate a business from my home and being without internet service would put me out of business.   After a year of degrading service I cancelled the contract at a cost of $ 250.00
