KARL'S TV & APPLIANCE

I was in the market for a washer and dryer.  I know of Karl's great service reputaton, so I visited their store.  Not only is their service great, but so is their sales.  The sales person was not pushy. asked a lot of questions, and listened to everything I had to say.  I was shown several models, and one set was very highly recommended by him.  Not the highest priced set, but a very affordable set with all the requests I made.  I did purchase an extended sevice contract, because I know how expensive parts and labor are.  His recommendation was perfect for me.  He also searched for manufacturer rebates and found a couple that saved me $300.00.  I was treated as a human being.  I was given the best sales pitch ever.  He said we will take care of your needs as long as I need them.  Awsome!!!!  This is a professional saleman who understands the needs of customers.  Not the best price I found, but the best custoner service.  I will not shop anywhere else.
