Product was good quality but installation was absolutely horrible, carpet is loose and buckling all over and after we complained, they drilled holes in hardwood floor in the middle of the room where it is very noticeable and put screws in it. We have contacted them several times and they will do nothing about it even after the owner of the store came and looked at it and said the installation that they performed was a very shoddy job. We were promised the hardwood floor would not squeak when we bought it, and it was loose and squeaks all over from day one. Have gone to the store and complained several times and they said they will send out a company representative but we have been waiting several years for that to happen and still no one has shown up. Very very disappointed in the service after the sale from this business.
Description of Work: We bought hardwood flooring and carpet from this business and had them install it. Product was good quality but installation was absolutely horrible.
