The project appeared to go well at first, the estimate seemed high at $3200 for 4 doors and threshold but the work seemed to proceed well. He promised to provide us with information and approval for the doors that were installed and did not. He ordered the doors without our approval of price or style and when the job was done he convinced my 82 year old mother to pay an additional $1200 with no prior indication the job had gone over budget. The front storm door had to be adjusted by me personally and still does not close entirely properly. Trim does not fit where he adjusted the existing patio doors. The new patio doors went out of alignment and had to be adjusted to open and close properly and lock/unlock properly.
The back yard storm door has worked properly though.
Overall I felt like he took advantage of an elderly widow... over $1000 each to install four doors, and lack of proper approval and communications on materials and budget.
I can not recommend his services.
