The work went very well. Russ gave me a quote over the phone based on my description. His price seemed fair based on other research I had done. We had just moved into the house and the bathrooms had been redone except for the tubs. They were very rough and stained - my daughters didn't really want to take a shower in them, let alone a bath. They were impossible to be made to look clean. Russ arrived exactly on time and worked all day alone. He had to vent the house as the fumes were pretty powerful. he only took about a 15 minute break all day. He did one tub completely before moving on to the second tub since he had to move so much equipment and all the venting equipment. I think he arrived at about 8:30 and was finished around 4:00 P.M. After he was finished he explained about future cleaning and care. We were not able to use the tubs for a few days and had to wipe it dry for about 2 weeks. Since then they are able to air dry and they seem to be holding up quite well.

THE SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL-- THE OWNER WAS THERE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT. THE WORK TOOK AN ENTIRE DAY, AND SINCE IT CAN BE MESSY, HE COVERED EVERYTHING THAT WOULD COME IN CONTACT WITH THE ENAMEL. ALL IN ALL, A SUPERB JOB.
