The exam went fine, everything seemed ok until my glasses came back and the prescription was wrong. He had placed a - instead of a + on one of my lenses and I got an instant headache. Needless to say that I was already upset because it had taken over two weeks for my new glasses to come in. I walked out of the vision center without new glasses and a refund on the glasses. He called me the next business day to apologize and stated that he would leave a corrected prescription with the vision center. Did not even offer a refund on the eye exam for the inconvience. I did not purchase another pair until I went to another doctor. Big surprise, the corrected script Doctor Bowen had given me was not correct according to my new doctor. It was off. I am now enjoying my new glasses with the right script. I will never again go to Doctor Bowen nor will I ever recommend him to anyone.
