We had a metal roof placed on an historic building. Metal roof was purchase from contractor recommended supplier. The flashing provided/available for product did not allow for a an attractive installaion on a hip roof, and there are visible ripples. No venting was added, as quoted, and 6+ years later, we continue to get promises that a vent will be added “just as soon as they can get out here (13 miles from location of business).” Cordial, community fellows, but no no follow through has left their 85 year old customer (my father) frustrated.

While communication was awful and the project took over a year to be completed from first contact, the work that was done was beautiful. However the contractor never returned to work on the second bathroom and after having extremely frustrating communication for a year, we never pursued having them return for the second project. Hence we have flooring materials that have not been laid, a ceiling that has not been replaced and a shower that hasn't been attended to.
