They came out and gave us a verbal estimate on replacing a leaking waterline. I agreed to have him do the work. The day the work was to be done, no one showed up. It was hard to contact him to find out what was going on, but I was able to contact him late in the day. When they did come out, they got the work done quickly, and they did a good job. They were able to bore under our driveway, which is why I went with Soo Sanitary instead of the guy who has done work for us before. The bill didn't arrive for several months, and there was a disagreement about it, but I called him, and we got it worked out. As with any service work that supplies estimates, get an estimate in writing that lays out hourly and equipment costs. Realize that a job can go over estimate if they run into problems, but they should be able to show why it went over. Also, digital pictures can help you keep a record of work done on your property for future reference, as well as providing a time and date reference.
