From the intial meeting to project completion I was impressed with the level of communication Lucas had with me. I understood the scope of work, the timeline and the unique problems my rocky hill of a backyard presented to him. He worked carefully and efficiently to complete the project and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I most certainly recommend Phillips Construction Services. Luke was great to work with. He was very nice and applied excellent customer service. I thought he did a good job in power washing and staining the fence. He communicated well by text, email and in person. He showed up when he said he would. He matched up the stain color well with the front that was already stained. He used a sprayer and put two coats of stain on a 6" high fence X 189 ft long. He also did a really good job at power washing and cleaning the fence. He let the fence dry out and applied the two coats of stain the following day.
