ANDERSON HEATING & AIR COND

I was very impressed with Mr. Anderson. When our furnace died, he first tried to get it going again, not trusting the previous person's assessment from the energy company. I really thought this was admirable. He also gave us an estimate on repairing the furnace as opposed to replacing it, which I also thought was nice... providing options. (We opted to replace.) He owns the company, provides the estimate AND does the work, and is a very thoughtful and patient person when explaining all the details and breaking down the costs. He stated he likes to keep things simple when it comes to his bids, so when bidding the necessary electrical work, he allowed $250.00 on the bid and said he would cover any costs above that amount. He was very punctual on the days he worked in our home, took care to keep everything neat and clean, and hauled away the old furnace and AC. He also filed some of the paperwork for the furnace's warrenty on our behalf, which I thought was great. He's had a great deal of experience at his trade, and it shows in his work. I would recommend him to anyone.
