A man from the Rapid City Rocking Tree quoted me around $500 to $600 on the phone, the end bill was $1,400 that came in the mail. When I called to question the amount and what had been done, they said the man who did the repairs had been fired and so they did not know anything about what he quoted me on the phone or what exactly he had done at my house. The timer system box he installed is old,  and he said it was temporary, but he never came back to replace it. He was unreliable on when he would show up and when the work would be completed. After talking to the company they agreed to bring the price down to $700, if I paid the bill "right now," and did not use the payment plan that was originally described to me.
